4 months - 12 Yr OLD

We are registered to care for children from four months to five years in our day nurseries and pre-schools. We also offer high quality, flexible and affordable after school clubs and holiday clubs for children aged 4 to 12 years.

WE LOVE THE OUTDOORS!

At Highgate we feel outdoor learning opportunities are very important for our children’s development. Members of our team hold outdoor learning qualifications. Our Forest school ethos curriculum supports the foundation phase curriculum for all age ranges. The aim is to support the holistic learning and development of our children. We aim to encourage and inspire the children to grow in self confidence, self esteem and independence .It is important to provide young children with an understanding and appreciation of the natural world.

PLAYSCHEME

Our very popular play schemes were developed due to demand from parents. It is so difficult to find brilliant, affordable holiday clubs for children aged 4 to 12 years. Our refurbished building is adjacent to our day nursery, but separate from our younger children . We run the play scheme all school holidays and the idea is for a youth club feel. The children plan their activities , although there is basic theme. The children enjoy table football, computer games, craft activities and a brilliant assortment of age appropriate resources. They have lots of fun. The children have their own kitchen/ dining area and serve their own healthy food.
